An American Airlines flight from Dallas-Fort Worth to Orlando was delayed for hours Sunday evening after a passenger had a mysterious meltdown caught on video.

In widely shared cellphone footage, a woman dressed in a crop top and jeans stands at the front of the plane frantically yelling at her fellow passengers, as if to warn them.

“I’m getting the f--- off,” she screams, “and there’s a reason why ... and everyone can either believe it or they cannot believe it.”

The passenger then points to the back of the aircraft and shrieks more expletives. The person “back there is not real!”

As heads pivot, she keeps yelling, her voice cracking: “You can sit on this plane and you can die with them or not! I’m not going to!”

A man then barks back: “Bye!”

In a statement to FOX Business, American Airlines says that the flight returned to the gate at Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport “due to a disruptive customer.”

“The flight was met at the gate by local law enforcement and the customer was removed from the flight,” the airline said. “We thank our customers for their understanding and our team members for their professionalism in managing a difficult situation.”

Among those customers was old-school comedian Carrot Top, who posted a different angle of the disturbing scene on Twitter.

“Omg! I’ve seen this stuff on TV but NEVER experienced it!!!” said the famed redhead’s caption. “We all are now [bleeped] because this lady lost her [marbles]!!!”

The comic, real name Scott Thompson, said despite being delayed for hours in Dallas, he commended American Airlines’ staffers on how they handled the situation.

“It’s really maddening how one nut job can ruin everyone’s plan. Well made it home safe! I guess that’s all that matters.”

Though it’s still unclear what caused the woman to become so upset, the internet has spoken. Some say alcohol was a factor. Others say she was upset she lost an ear bud. One TikTok user even floated a theory that a man in a green hoodie freaked her out because he was “blinking sideways.”

The woman has not been identified.
