Florida boy in an Amber Alert has been found. His suspected abductor has been arrested

Almost two hours after an Amber Alert was issued for a New Port Richey boy who might have been abducted, he was found and the man suspected in the abduction was under arrest.

Pasco County Sheriff Chris Nocco said Haralampos Savopoulos, 50, faces charges of aggravated battery and kidnapping. Nocco said there might be other charges once the investigation was finished.

Savopoulos’ picture was circulated after Michael Morris, 9, disappeared from the the 4000 block of Sail Drive in the Pasco County area known as Holiday.
