A Southwest Florida woman decided to make herself at home at a neighbor’s pool. Naked and uninvited.

According to a police report from the Charlotte County Sheriff’s Office, Capri Wiedemann was arrested in Edgewood on Saturday on burglary and trespassing charges after authorities viewed security footage of the defendant taking a dip in the buff.

The complaint says the homeowner had called cops on Friday saying he noticed his pool cage had been cut open and spotted women’s underwear, cigarettes and a steak knife nearby.

The following day, while out of town, he told cops he saw the 22-year-old woman swimming naked while reviewing his security footage.

This isn’t the first time; the homeowner said that he had seen Wiedemann partake in this activity before when he wasn’t home and sent her letters telling her to stop. Authorities found the letters in the suspect’s home.

The alleged skinny dipper was released on $10,000 bond; the homeowner was granted a restraining order.

An arraignment is set for Aug. 17.

Wiedemann was not charged with any indecent exposure charges as she was at a private home. Florida law “prohibits the display, exhibition, or exposure of an individual’s sexual organs in a public place or while in public view.”
