Amber Alert issued for missing 16-year-old girl from Pinellas County

UPDATE: Jada Burrell, 16, was found safe, the Florida Department of Law Enforcement said.

Florida police are searching for 16-year-old Jada Burrell and have issued an Amber Alert in hopes it will lead to finding her.

Burrell went missing Friday from the 7700 block of 62nd Street in Pinellas Park, the Florida Department of Law Enforcement said. She was last seen wearing a pink shirt with white sleeves, black leggings, and sandals. She has black hair with blue extensions, but some of the hair or extensions may be missing.

Police believe she may be with Eshunn Cummings, 17, who was last seen wearing a green shirt, a blue jacket, and black shorts.
