A Florida man used his cellphone at a Tampa Chipotle, but not to pay for his food or look at the menu.

According to a release from the Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office, Michael Benson was arrested Wednesday after surveillance video showed him pointing his phone underneath the clothing of the teenage girl.

Management told authorities that the suspect has been visiting the establishment several times a week for the past five years or so, normally during lunchtime hours.

In the video, taken Jan. 20, Benson is seen waiting in line, then suddenly bending down and pointing the phone underneath the unidentified victim. He then looks around to see if anyone was watching him take the so-called upskirt shot (which cops believe was a picture not a video).

Tips came rolling in as to the suspect’s identity after the sheriff’s office first posted it Wednesday morning.

Many expressed their outrage about what they saw in the clip under the HCSO post.

“Infuriating.”

“No Chipotle in jail, buddy.”

“What a freakin’ pervert.”

A spokesman for the sheriff’s office said late Wednesday that Benson has yet to be booked and the charges are still pending.
