The argument between neighbors got real when one chased the other on a tractor
A kerfuffle between St. Augustine neighbors escalated into what police called aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.
The deadly weapon: a tractor.
According to the arrest report, the alleged tractor assault climaxed a June 19 property dispute between Richard Glen Drive neighbors Howell Morris and Scott Lynch.
"The (Morris) entered onto the victim's property and chased the victim down his driveway with a tractor," the report read. "The victim stated he was in fear of his life and believes if he would have stopped running from the tractor, (Morris) would not have stopped and would have run him over."
Video taken by Lynch's wife shows the tractor lurching down the road and the corpulent Lynch running and wobbling in front.
Morris was arrested, accused of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon without intent to kill. He posted $2,500 cash bond on June 20.
