A St. Lucie County girl with whom Rogers had been corresponding on social media — they were Facebook friends — ran away to Jensen Beach, where Rogers picked her up. Once back at his Stuart home, he got her to consume food, alcohol, marijuana and methamphetamine. He also had sex with her. He invited Lockley over to join them, which Lockley did on several occasions.
Rogers and Lockley made videos of the statutory rape that Martin County Sheriff's Office detectives later found on each man's phone.
After Lockley gets out of prison, he'll have 10 years of supervised release. He'll be required to register as a sex offender.
