Florida man deflates neighbor's bounce house, trapping toddlers inside
A neighborhood in Port St. Lucie is on the hunt for a man who ruined a little girl’s birthday party last Sunday.
An unknown elderly man was caught on video unplugging a bounce house with a dozen children, ages 2 and 3, playing inside.
The video looks down at his balding head and flamingo pink shirt as he stomps up to a neighboring house and rips an orange cord out of an outdoor outlet.
The footage came from a surveillance camera at the home of Deborah Romero, the mother of the birthday girl. She told media that the cameras were installed last Christmas after someone cut the cord to their Christmas lights outside. Two children were brought to the hospital after becoming trapped inside the the heavy plastic, she said.
A Port St. Lucie Police Department spokesman said the grumpy man has not been identified, and police have canvassed the area. Charges for this crime would include trespassing and more.
