For the second time in a week, a Florida cop got a kick below the belt from a suspect being taken into custody.
Last week, police said a woman kicked a Key West officer in his privates after he tried to removed her from a Duval Street club. Then this past weekend, a massage therapist was arrested after being accused of kicking a Sumter County sheriff’s deputy in the groin, Villages-News reported.
The drama started when Susan Cervo, 61, of Lady Lake was at The Villages Regional Hospital on Friday when she asked to borrow a woman’s cellphone. The woman refused and retreated to her car to get away from Cervo.
The police report said the woman feared for her safety. She then locked her doors and called 911.
