Walmart, Aldi, Trader Joe’s, H-E-B products now in big meat and chicken listeria recall
The recall of almost 10 million pounds of meat, chicken and turkey products now involves Fresh Express salads and store brands of Walmart, H-E-B, Aldi and Trader Joe’s.
On Thursday night, the USDA updated its notice of BrucePac’s recall with these products and said “additional products could be added.”
BrucePac recalled 9,986,245 pounds of meat and poultry products Tuesday night after the USDA found listeria in the ready-to-eat poultry products and, the USDA-Food Safety Inspection Service said, “identified BrucePac ready-to-eat chicken as the source of the listeria.”

On Wednesday, BrucePac released a list of 75 products sold under its own BrucePac, Urban Bruce and City Grillers brands.
Here’s what was announced Thursday. Anyone with any of these products should return them to the store for a full refund.
