Recalled Tyson chicken ‘Fun Nuggets’ don’t have hormones or steroids, but might have metal

About 29,819 pounds of breaded chicken patties got hit by a not-food-in-your-food recall after consumer complaints about metal in the patties.

Tyson Foods told the USDA about the complaints — and the one minor oral injury suffered by a customer — about their Fully Cooked Fun Nuggets Breaded Shaped Chicken Patties, according to a USDA Food Safety Inspection Service recall.
