Air fryers sold by Walmart, Target and Amazon have been recalled as fire hazards

Air fryers should cook food, not cook your kitchen or house. That’s why Newair recalled about 11,750 Magic Chef Air Fryers.

The problem, according to the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission: “The air fryer can overheat, posing fire and burn hazards.”

Newair hasn’t received a report yet of this happening.
