How has manipulated Spanish-language media impacted the people around you? Let us know
This election season, the Miami Herald and el Nuevo Herald are taking a data-driven look at the conversations taking place on South Florida’s vibrant, influential Spanish-language radio outlets, along with political narratives that are echoed and often amplified by social media.
That’s where you, our audience, come into play. We’re interested in information you believe has been manipulated or exaggerated, based on what you’ve either heard on Spanish-language radio or seen circulating around social media. Do you feel like false information has affected you or someone close to you? Let us know through this form.
This project is a collaboration with researchers at Florida International University and uses a data platform developed by Global Voices. It is funded by Journalism Funding Partners, which received support from the Knight Disinformation Fund at The Miami Foundation. The Miami Herald retains editorial control of the content.
