When is your last chance to vote in South Florida? Here are your final deadlines
Your last chance to vote in South Florida is approaching.
Here’s what to know about the deadlines:
Early voting
Deadlines: The two-week early voting period wraps up 7 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 3, in Miami-Dade and Broward counties. In the Keys, early voting ends at 5 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 2. There is no early voting in South Florida on Monday, Nov. 4.
What to know: If there is a line at the early voting center and you are in line by poll-closing time, you can still vote.

Voting by mail
Deadlines: The Postal Service has recommended mailing your completed ballot one week before the arrival deadline, which is 7 p.m. Election Day, Nov. 5. For peace of mind that your ballot will arrive on time, you may want to skip sticking it in the mail at this point. You can either drop off your mail ballot at an early voting center in your county or bring it to the election supervisor’s office by 7 p.m. on Election Day, Nov. 5.
What to know: The deadline for a mailed-in ballot is arrival by 7 p.m. Nov. 5. This is not a postmark deadline. If your ballot arrives after the cutoff time and date, your vote won’t be counted.
