Twisted steel. Mangled concrete. A crushed taxi and van.

Photos show the explosion at the Hotel Saratoga in Havana. And it looks like a war scene.

Officers and rescuers in helmets and mask stand guard and search for clues. Dust rises from the rubble. A building stands without walls and window.

At least 22 people were killed.
