US judge narrows lawsuits challenging Trump's executive order restricting mail-in voting

BOSTON - A federal judge in Boston on Thursday narrowed lawsuits by Democratic-led states and voting rights groups challenging U.S. President Donald Trump's executive order tightening rules ‌for mail-in voting, saying they could only sue to prevent it from being implemented before November's elections and not after.
