A West Virginia man was arrested after officials say he shot a man through a Little Caesars drive-thru window while he was working

Jahtique Farmer, 21, is charged with one count of malicious assault, court records show.

On Oct. 23, court records say Farmer was working at a Little Caesars Pizza in Charleston when he and another employee went outside, WSAZ reported.

Farmer grew irritated because a man was outside staring at him, the other employee told police, according to the news outlet.

The man, who had ordered a pizza, was at the drive-thru window when Farmer is accused of shooting at him three times, striking him in the face, West Virginia Metro News reported.

Before shooting the man, Farmer yelled “you want to kill me” at him, an employee told police, according to WSAZ.

The man was taken to a hospital in stable condition, West Virginia Metro News reported.

Farmer is being held on a $250,000 bond. He is scheduled to appear in court Oct. 31.
