“I just wanted to take this time to thank every single team and every single fan base for your support for my family this past season,” Meredith Gaudreau said at the podium. “It’s truly an honor to be here and from the bottom of my heart, I thank you.”

A week later, Meredith Gaudreau shared a different perspective of her time on stage.

While at home with family, their oldest child, Noa, sat on her chair and watched her mom make the selection on television.

Noa was thrilled when she saw her mom on stage. While wide eyes and a big smile, Noa clapped and cheered her mom on.

Then Noa said three words that made the internet cry. “I miss her,” she told the person recording the video, who reassured her that her mom would be home soon.
