While watching the New York Knicks take on the Miami Heat on St. Patrick’s Day, comedian Tracy Morgan experienced a medical emergency.

According to reports, after appearing to get physically ill while sitting courtside at the game, Morgan was put in a wheelchair and taken to a local hospital.

The game was delayed for about 10 minutes before it resumed. The Knicks beat the Heat 116 to 95.

A spokesperson for Madison Square Garden issued a statement to NBC News after the incident saying, “We hope Tracy feels better soon and look forward to seeing him back courtside.”

Now, Morgan himself is speaking out.

In an Instagram post showing him lying in a hospital bed with monitors and his phone on his chest, the 56-year-old gave his fans a thumbs-up.

“Thank you for all your concern,” Morgan wrote. “I’m doing OK now and doctors say it was food poisoning. Appreciate my MSG family for taking such good care of me and I need to shout out the crew that had to clean that up. Appreciate you!”

“More importantly,” Morgan continued, “the Knicks are now 1-0 when I throw up on the court so maybe I’ll have to break it out again in the playoffs.”

Fans shared their well-wishes with the comedian in the comment section. Many wrote that they are pleased he is doing well.

Morgan has dealt with several health issues over the years. As CBS Sports reports, Morgan underwent a kidney transplant in 2010 and was in a coma for two weeks in 2014 following a car crash.
