Girlfriend stabs 71-year-old to death at his daughter’s psychic business, Texas cops say

A 71-year-old man was fatally stabbed by his girlfriend while at a psychic business run by his daughter, Texas police told news outlets.
The stabbing occurred at about 2 a.m. Saturday, March 8, Houston police said, adding that a 53-year-old woman was taken into custody, KRIV reported.
Officers responding to a 911 call found the victim wounded at the home, which doubles as his daughter’s psychic business, KTRK reported.
The daughter was present when the stabbing happened and told police she heard screaming, saw her father was injured and then called police, the station reported. His girlfriend fled the home but was found by police at a nearby apartment complex and taken in for questioning, the department said.
In an interview with police, the woman told officers there was blood on her hands but didn’t know where it came from, KTRH reported.
Police say the victim and his girlfriend got into a fight after he said she was making too much noise, and she stabbed him with a knife, the station reported. He was taken to a hospital where he died, according to police.
