Eleven months after launching a website and an Instagram account called the American Riviera Orchard, Meghan Markle is making a change.

Just weeks before her new series on Netflix, “With Love, Meghan,” is set to premiere, Markle is announcing the new name of her company, As Ever.

“Cats out of the bag,” she said, introducing the new brand.

“‘As ever’ means ‘as it’s always been’ or some even say ‘in the same way as always,’” Markle shared on Instagram. “If you’ve followed along since my days of creating The Tig, you’ll know this couldn’t be truer for me.”

The Tig was Markle’s lifestyle blog where she talked about food, wine, her adventures while traveling, fashion, and more. The name of her blog was a nod to a red wine called Tignanello.

“Tignanello is a full-bodied red wine that I tried about seven years ago. In wine circles, it is nicknamed ‘Tig,’” she once said, according to People.

“It was my first moment of getting it — I finally understood what people meant by the body, structure, finish, legs of wine. The TIG is my nickname for me getting it. Not just wine, but everything.”

After shutting down the website in 2017 when she and Prince Harry got engaged, Markle is going back to her roots with As Ever.

It’s a phrase she has used often since returning to social media at the start of the new year.

“I’m thrilled to introduce you to As Ever — a brand that I created and have poured my heart into,” Markle said in the IG post.

“This new chapter is an extension of what has always been my love language, beautifully weaving together everything I cherish — food, gardening, entertaining, thoughtful living, and finding joy in the everyday,” she wrote.

Markle added that she will continue to use social media to “keep sharing behind the scenes tidbits” with her fans “as we ramp up to launch, and I can’t wait for you to get your hands on everything we’ve been creating.”

The As Ever website currently showcases a never-before-seen photo of Markle and her daughter, Lilibet Diana, running across a grassy area.

“With Love, Meghan” will premiere on Netflix on March 3.
