Gambler bets 88 cents on slot machine — then wins big jackpot at Las Vegas casino
One lucky gambler bet some change on a slot machine in Las Vegas and ended up hitting a big jackpot.
The player sat at a Dancing Drums slot machine at Sam’s Town Hotel & Gambling Hall, the casino said in a Dec. 15 post on X, formerly known as Twitter.
The visitor bet 88 cents, hit spin and watched as the symbols flashed across the screen until a jackpot message appeared.
This lucky player won $30,788.57.
Sam’s Town Hotel & Gambling Hall is about a 5-mile drive east of the Strip.
A couple of other gamblers had luck at slot machines in Las Vegas.
One person played a Hot Stuff Wicked Wheel slot machine at Boulder Station Hotel and Casino and won over $17,000 on an 80-cent bet.
Another gambler also hit a slot machine jackpot with 80 cents at the same casino. This player won $19,322.68 from a Timber Wolf Triple Power slot machine.
