Amy Slaton took the unconventional route when naming her two sons.

The 37-year-old “1000-lb Sisters” star shares sons Gage Deon, 4, and Glenn Allen, 2, with her ex-husband, Michael Halterman.

During a Dec. 10 episode of the show, Slaton revealed the spooky inspiration behind her two sons’ names — and it’s creating quite a stir online.

“I name my kids after horror characters,” she said in the episode.

According to E! News, Slaton named her first son Gage after the murderous child in Stephen King’s “Pet Sematary.”

Her second son was named Glenn after Chucky and Tiffany’s son in “Seed of Chucky” (2004), per the outlet.

The report caused a bit of confusion among Slaton’s biggest fans, who remember being told something different in an earlier episode of the show.

“I thought she said she named (Glenn) after Glen from TWD,” one user wrote in the comment section of E! News’ Instagram post, referring to AMC’s hit show “The Walking Dead.”

Glenn Rhee was a character played by Steven Yeun.

“Yeah but I read another comment saying the name Glen was from Chucky but that’s not what I remember her saying,” another user wrote.

Her fans were referring to a Season 4 episode of “1000-lb Sisters” when Slaton reveals that she and her ex-husband are huge fans of “The Walking Dead.”

To add to the confusion, Slaton revealed in a June 2023 TikTok that Chucky was her favorite horror character.

“Michael Myers is a good one, but I would have to go with Chucky,” she said in the TikTok.

“I don’t know why, there’s just something about the character and the background of him,” she continued.

Slaton has always been open about her love for all things horror, which was put to the test in the most recent episode of “1000-lb Sisters” when she and her family went on a haunted tour in London.

Her fandom caught the tour guide by surprise when she shared that she names her children after horror characters.

“Wow, well certainly you’re in the right place because we’ve got all sorts of things that go bump in the night down here,” the tour guide said.

One of those “things” was a cursed painting that he offered to show the family. Slaton’s brother, Chris Combs, and his wife, Brittany, politely declined, but Slaton said she was interested.

“I’ll touch it,” Slaton said as he brought the painting out. “I ain’t scared.”
