Former “All That” star Amanda Bynes is staying true to what she said months ago.

The 38-year-old took to her Instagram Stories Nov. 5 to share an update on her weight loss journey, which she first opened up about in March.

“Down 6lbs! 154lbs now,” she wrote over a screenshot of her progress that day, which included 14,895 steps, 6.60 miles and 12 flights climbed.

The Nickelodeon alumna first opened up about her health journey in March, not long after making her return to social media after years of avoiding it.

“I’ve gained over 20 lbs. in the past few months from being depressed,” she wrote in an Instagram Story in March, according to People.

She clarified that she’s doing “a lot better now” after learning how to do the opposite of what her mind or body are telling her to do.

For example, eating clean when she wants to eat junk and working out when she wants to be lazy.

“I weigh 162 lbs. right now and want to get back to 110 lbs.,” she wrote at the time.

Bynes previously opened up about her health struggles during an interview with Paper magazine for its 2018 “Break the Internet” cover.

At the time, she credited a lot of her body image issues and insecurities to her role in the 2006 film “She’s The Man,” in which she plays a girl pretending to be a boy.

“When the movie came out and I saw it, I went into a deep depression for 4-6 months because I didn’t like how I looked when I was a boy,” she told the magazine.

“It just really put me into a funk,” she added.

Her body image issues led to her abusing harmful substances in an effort to lose weight and look skinnier, even while she was filming.

Those habits continued on the sets of “Hall Pass” and “Easy A” in 2010. She was charged with DUI after being accused of hitting a police car in Los Angeles that same year, according to TV Insider.

In 2012, Bynes decided to quit the film industry.

But she hasn’t managed to stay out of the public spotlight due to a series of arrests, involuntary psychiatric stays and other controversies, People reported.

Things started to take a turn for the better in 2022 when Bynes successfully petitioned to terminate the conservatorship her parents placed her under in 2013, but her struggles quickly returned.

She was placed in a psychiatric hold in March 2023 after a woman found her roaming the streets of Los Angeles nude.

She then reportedly spent three weeks in a mental hospital after having the psychiatric hold extended, according to Entertainment Tonight.

Bynes was placed back on 5150 psychiatric hold in June after being detained by police.

She returned to social media earlier this year with a photo of her enjoying a dinner with her best friend Liam Poulsen.
