Chris Pratt and Katherine Schwarzenegger confirm big news after months of speculation

While guests on the “Today” show, actor Chris Pratt and podcast host Katherine Schwarzenegger, a husband and wife duo, confirmed big news that has been swirling for months.

In June, several news outlets reported that Pratt and Schwarzenegger were expecting their third child together. However, the famous couple refrained from confirming the news.

That is until now.

During his visit with “Today,” Pratt was promoting his new movie “The Electric State” with co-star Millie Bobby Brown as Schwarzenegger appeared via a video feed from their home state of California.

Schwarzenegger was reporting on sibling rivalry when she confirmed the news of her third pregnancy.

“I just hope to not go into labor before you get home,” she told her husband.

Later on in the conversation, Pratt was asked if they know the gender of their third child. Pratt is the father of two daughters Lyla and Eloise, and also son Jack, whom he shares with his first wife, actress Anna Faris.

Pratt confirmed that he and Schwarzenegger have opted to be surprised when it comes to their unborn child’s gender. But he said, “I have a feeling. I have an intuition but I won’t say it now in case I’m wrong and this child sees this.”

Schwarzenegger also took to Instagram to share a photo of their youngest, Eloise, wearing a pink jumper with a matching hat that read, “Big sis.”

“Big sis loading,” the mom captioned the image.

According to “Today,” Schwarzenegger is due in just a few weeks.
