‘The Bachelorette’ star Jason Tartick and influencer Kat Stickler call it quits

On Oct. 12, popular TikToker Kat Stickler shared a heartbreaking video from her bed.

After rumors began swirling, Stickler took to her Instagram Story to set the record straight: she and her boyfriend of several months, former “The Bachelorette” star Jason Tartick have ended their relationship.

“With two back-to-back hurricanes, I obviously didn’t think it was the right time to talk about my personal life,” Stickler said in her video, talking about Hurricane Helene and Hurricane Milton in Florida. “But a lot of you have already asked and yes, Jason and I have broken up.”

“It just didn’t work,” she continued. “It’s not love wasted. I feel like sometimes, it’s so easy to think when a relationship ends that the love was wasted but love is never wasted.”

Tartick also shared his own statement on his Instagram Story.

“I am sad to share that Kat and I are no longer together,” Tartick began. “It’s fair to say that I love hard with all my heart and fall fast. Sometimes in life, that works out and other times it doesn’t. This time, it didn’t.”

“Kat has brought me so much happiness and light, she brought out parts of me I never knew existed. I will forever be grateful for her and of course, sweet MK,” he continued, referencing Strickler’s daughter from a different relationship.

“This chapter closes amicably, and another opens,” Tartick concluded his statement. “I’ll be rooting for her happiness and I am also rooting for mine.”

The former couple were first spotted with each other in April, but they didn’t confirm their relationship publicly until June, E! News reports.
