A Mega Millions ticket sold in Wisconsin won $1 million and narrowly missed the jackpot.

The ticket matched five winning numbers, but not the Mega Ball, in the drawing Tuesday, June 18, lottery officials said.

The winning ticket was sold at Skyline Gas & Vape Shop on South 13th Street in Milwaukee. The prize is still unclaimed as of midday June 19.

This is a special win for the state of Wisconsin, spokesperson Gary Kohn told McClatchy News.

“It’s been a while since we had a million-dollar Mega Millions winner,” he said. “This is our largest winner of the year so far.”
