Bank turns into bachelor pad for sale in Missouri. See what the huge safe is now
An affordable opportunity has landed on the real estate market in Missouri and caused some chuckles on a popular social media page.
A charming home, once a bank built in 1900, is listed for an eye-catching $99,000 in Stotts City. But the interior may shock you, considering it is a former financial establishment.
It’s bro-ed out. Like, enormously bro-ed out.
“Check out this cute home with over 1300 sq ft. Home is one large room efficiency style,” the listing on Realtor.com says. “Although home has many updates like HVAC, plumbing lights, electric, much of the original detail is still there.”
There looks to be a bachelor pad now with a bar, Kansas City Chiefs shower curtains, only one nightstand, beer signs, and so much more.
Even the popular TikTok page Zillowtastrophes got in on the joke, making Ken references from the blockbuster movie “Barbie.”
Another interesting thing about the studio? The owner changed the former bank safe into a walk-in closet.
Stotts City is about 40 miles southwest of Springfield.
