Recognize this nationally known Missouri vineyard? Well, it’s for sale. See it

A famous property has landed on the real estate market in Southeast Missouri, and it’s a personal paradise for wine connoisseurs.

Chaumette Vineyards and Winery has listed in Sainte Genevieve for $7.3 million — and that includes the 151-acre vineyard, restaurant, wedding barn and so much more.

“Established in 1990, Chaumette has made a name for itself nationwide in not only the wine industry but also the restaurant industry,” the listing on Whitetail Properties Real Estate describes.

“The winemakers at Chaumette take great pride in the craftsmanship it takes to make award winning wines. In order to make award winning wines, Chaumette has taken viticulture seriously, working in the vineyards for the best possible grape production. Chaumette is able to be competitive in the international wine making market, producing around three thousand cases annually of mostly dry wines.”

Its restaurant, The Grapevine Grill, is the iconic face of the vineyard and shares the spotlight with the estate’s vino. It was voted the “No. 1 winery restaurant in the nation by USA Today the past two years,” the listing says.
