Social media influencer and model Natasha Oakley, who is best known for founding Monday Swimwear, is parting ways with her sleek California condo for $1.9 million.
While it’s hard for her to let go of her Santa Monica pad, the Australian CEO wants to spend more time in her Hollywood home, the New York Post reports.
“When I was first looking, I had never seen a condo like it come to market and truly feel like I haven’t seen another one like it since,” she told the Post.
The posh space has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and is 1,495 square feet with loads of natural light flowing in from four skylights. Other features include:

Oakley posted about the residence on Instagram, announcing that selling the condo is “bittersweet” for her.
The listing is held by Ali Morisi of Sotheby’s International Realty-Los Feliz Brokerage.
