Singer Jessie James Decker lists gorgeous Nashville estate for $10.3M. Take a look
Country singer Jessie James Decker and her husband, retired NFL wide receiver Eric Decker, have listed their sophisticated Nashville, Tennessee, home for $10.3 million.
The songstress once called the six-bedroom, seven-bathroom residence the couple’s “forever home” — which they purchased in 2019 — to People magazine.
“We do not plan on moving anymore, we’ve moved a lot,” Decker told People. “We keep saying this is the forever home, and it’s every dream we’ve ever had.”
Designed in 2011 by Nashville architect Ron Farris, the 13,375-square-foot estate has an open living space and an updated kitchen, gym and office, the listing on Compass says.
According to Dirt, other features include:
Large foyer
Hardwood floors
Tile floors
Floor-to-ceiling wood-burning fireplace
Finished basement
Wet bar
Swimming pool
Fire pit
Decker told People that what drew her to the house was its kitchen space.
“I was adamant that I have two islands in the kitchen,” she said. “I’ve found a lot of times when I have one big island I’ve been trying to cut things and chop and then trying to serve and entertain at the same time and it just doesn’t work.”
Decker made her music debut in 2009, according to her biography on All Music. She married Eric, who played for the Denver Broncos and Tennessee Titans during his NFL career, in 2013.
The listing is held by Brian Cournoyer.
