The much-anticipated sequel to the 2019 hit mystery film “Knives Out” dropped Dec. 23 on Netflix and people are already obsessed with the Daniel Craig-driven cinematic adventure. So much so, that a keen advertisement popped up and eagle-eyed real estate hunters spotted it.

The distinct estate from “Glass Onion: A Knives Out Mystery” — which is owned by Edward Norton’s character Miles Bron, an eccentric Elon Musk-type of billionaire — popped up on Zillow.com for a whopping $450 million.

But not only is it not for sale… it’s not real.

“This private commune is the perfect retreat for groups of friends, families and enemies alike with the property boasting seven private studio villas – each inspired by a different chakra, six pools, a state of the art gym featuring on call private training sessions, lavish gardens and a multitude of entertaining spaces including a sunken living room and massive dining area perfect for hosting the most elaborate of murder mystery parties,” the listing describes.

Features (fictional, of course) include:

  • Sculptures

  • Art by Banksy

  • “Powered by clean energy and brimming with opulence and intrigue” (those who watched the movie will get a good laugh out of that.)

  • Smart home

  • Media room

  • Spa

  • Wine cellar

  • Museum-grade security system

Fans will also notice the house’s listing agent is the one-star rated Derol Zablinski, the character who would hilariously randomly pop up throughout the movie.

While the listing is clearly a clever marketing tool, the popular social media real estate Facebook page Zillow Gone Wild got its mitts on it, and people were amused... and some were even fooled.

“I’m hurt, Netflix. For the tiniest flicker of a second I thought the glass onion dome was real,” one person wrote.

“This is brilliant advertising,” another commented.

“This is extremely creative advertising from Netflix! For a second, I was like, ‘It’s real?!?’ someone said.

“Only 17 bedrooms and 22 bathrooms? I was really looking for a summer home with 18 bedrooms and 23 bathrooms,” one person joked. “I guess I’ll have to pass on this...”

“This house is insane and obscene and I’m going to need someone to buy it for me. K thanks,” another commented.

“If Daniel Craig and Janelle Monáe are not included (as part-time guests) I’m not interested,” someone joked.
