‘Tron: Legacy’ inspired mansion in Dallas has Zillow Gone Wild in a tizzy. See why
A fancy estate with a ton of high-end bells and whistles is turning heads in the Lone Star State and on the internet.
The three-bedroom, four-bathroom mansion that stretches 4,853 square feet has listed for $3.96 million in Dallas, Texas, and has a futuristic appeal, according to the listing on Briggs Freeman Sotheby’s International Realty. It was inspired by the 2010 science fiction action film “Tron: Legacy”.
No joke.
“Created by Michael Shaun Jackson of Acquiesce,” the listing describes. “Sitting in the Bird Streets in the heart of Dallas, this awe-inspiring residence delivers a sense of life in an alternate reality and an unparalleled feeling of elegance. Italian Porcelain Floors run throughout the house with pops of color and darkness to perfectly contrast the white floors and museum finish walls. Murano Crystal Chandeliers and designer touches adorn every room.”
The house basically has everything from a F1 Ferrari office to a Versace primary suite.
Other features include:
Garage showroom
1980s speakeasy
Actual Ferrari in glass room
“Outdoor modern oasis”
The home stole the attention of the popular social media real estate page Zillow Gone Wild, and folks were simply agog at all the amenities.
“This suits my personality about 3 days a week. Just extra for no reason. Love it!” one person said.
“Inspired by bachelorhood is more like it,” another commented.
“This is what happens when you let a pre-teen loose in a virtual home-generating app,” someone commented.
“A glassed in room for the Ferrari you never drive is the most Ferrari owner thing,” one person joked.
“I actually think the home is beautiful,” another said. “But I have so many questions- do they work for Ferrari? Won’t that Ferrari be ruined if it’s never driven? And if they did drive it, how do they get it out?”
“No notes. I want all of it,” someone tweeted.
“This is absolutely ridiculous — I’m moving in immediately,” one person said.
The listing is held by Pogir Pogir of Sotheby’s.
