It’s not too often you see a home designed by world famous architect Frank Lloyd Wright go up for sale — and even less so when that specific home has never before been listed on the real estate market.

That’s the case for this particular house that was crafted by the late architect in Mount Pleasant, Wisconsin, and is now listed for $725,000.

“One of Frank Lloyd Wright’s largest Usonian homes is on the market for the first time in its history,” the listing on Zillow.com says. “Designed in 1954, the house features six bedrooms and 6.5 bathrooms in 4,978 square feet, located on a bluff of a ravine that overlooks the Root River, Colonial Park and Racine CC.”

The home is classic FLW with its picture-perfect views and vast great room that’s “cantilevered above the ravine emphasizing the continuity between interior and exterior.”
