A bulldozer flipped over a 20-foot embankment at a construction site, pinning the driver for 45 minutes while coworkers and rescue crews worked to free him, Florida officials said.

Osceola County Fire Rescue and Emergency Services responded to a construction site in St. Cloud just before noon on Aug. 10, according to a statement from the agency. St. Cloud is about 30 miles south of Orlando.

The driver of the bulldozer was pinned inside the cab and had “significant injuries,” the statement says.

Two other fire departments responded to help rescue the man from the trench. He was airlifted to a hospital for treatment.

A man who commented on the agency’s Facebook post wrote that the driver is his son and that he is “doing ok thank God.”
