Watch 10-foot alligator take its sweet time on Easter stroll in Florida neighborhood
A 10-foot alligator took a leisurely stroll through a neighborhood in Venice, Florida, on Easter, a video posted by the Sarasota County Sheriff’s Office shows.
“...we’re not sure if the Easter bunny made its way to Harrington Lake in Venice this morning after coming across this bad boy…” reads the post on the sheriff’s office Facebook page.
The alligator can be seen on Sunday, April 17, walking slowly across front yards, at one point lying down briefly in a driveway, before shimmying back into the lake where it came from.
