“When I first saw this, I had to ask myself where I was, because I couldn’t really see something like this in South Florida. I felt like I was in an amusement park,” listing agent Chad Carroll told Realtor.com regarding the backyard. “I was blown away by the attention to detail.”
According to the listing, the detailed backyard and its beautifully presented lighting was inspired by James Cameron’s 2009 blockbuster film “Avatar,” starring Sam Worthington and Zoe Saldana.

There’s a reason why the home is named Villa Florentyna, which loosely translates to “blooming” in Latin, Realtor says.
