Today is National Frozen Yogurt Day and while it’s celebrated during one of the coldest months of the year, a few shops are offering sweet deals that are sure to take the edge off the cold and warm your heart.

Whether you like to speckle your yogurt with chocolate or pile it high with fruit, here’s where to get your hands on the best deals:

Yogurtland

Hello, free fro-yo.

Pop into a participating Yogurtland between 4 p.m. and 7 p.m. today and you’ll get a totally free 5 ounce cup of frozen yogurt (or ice cream, but where’s the fun in that?), the company says on its website.

The offer isn’t available on cones or Drinkable Creations.

Menchie’s

Looking to build a larger fro-yo creation to celebrate? Menchie’s offer might be more your speed.

Today between 3 p.m. and 7 p.m. when you buy one frozen yogurt, you’ll get another of equal or lesser value for free, the company’s website says.

The best part? You can also enter to win free frozen yogurt for a year in the form of a $400 Menchie’s gift card, the site says. Click here for the officials rules.

Old favorite TCBY is also getting in on the action with a free deal of its own: your first 6 ounces of fro-yo are free all day, the company says online.

At self-serve locations, those sweet, sweet toppings will be included in the weight, but you’ll pay extra for toppings at over-the-counter shops, the company says.

Make sure you have the 16 Handles app, and today you’ll get a pretty cool reward: three ounces of free frozen yogurt, the company says on its website.

But the shop is sweetening the deal with an extra little something. When you scan your loyalty app, you’ll also get a $2.75 reward for your next visit, the company says. But you’ll have to use it quick; it’s only valid from Feb. 7 to Feb. 29.
