Miami Herald’s Oppenheimer to hold town hall with Mexico’s foreign secretary

The Miami Herald's Andres Oppenheimer will host a Conversatorio, or town-hall interview, with Luis Videgaray Caso, Mexico's Foreign Affairs Secretary, the lead Mexican NAFTA negotiator, and a key figure in Organization of American States' efforts to restore democracy in Venezuela. As a former finance minister, he is deeply involved in Mexico's economic issues, and he will be asked about trade, immigration, and Mexico's situation. Light lunch will be provided. Conversation will be in Spanish.
