A South Florida Publix sold Saturday’s only big money lottery draw winner
Saturday’s a popular Florida Lottery draw game day, but of all the Powerball, Fantasy 5 and Florida Lotto players, only one won a jackpot.
That top prize wasn’t from Florida Lotto or Powerball, the latter of which will have a $269 million jackpot on Monday.

The Fantasy 5 evening draw numbers — 16, 21, 23, 31, 35 — matched a Quick Pick ticket sold at a Weston Publix, 1170 Weston Rd. That ticket’s now worth $122,696.
This ticket must be cashed at one of the Florida Lottery district offices. The closest office to Weston is the one at 14621 Oak Ln. in Miami Lakes, which is open 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m., Monday through Friday. Appointments can be made, but aren’t required, at MIARC@flalottery.com or 305-364-3080.
