Saturday’s Powerball, Florida Lotto, Fantasy 5 lottery games had one big winner

Saturday’s major money Florida Lottery draw games produced one jackpot winner.

That fortunate son or daughter didn’t get the Powerball top prize, which will be up to $130 million for Monday’s drawing. Nor, did they get the Florida Lotto big haul, which will be $19 million on Wednesday.

But, $126,700 isn’t a bad day of picking lottery numbers. That was the Fantasy 5 evening jackpot, won by the person who picked 1, 10, 13, 16 and 18 at a Shell station, 1000 Knights Trail Rd. North in Nokomis. The Sarasota County town is just over 30 miles from Bradenton.

This ticket must be cashed at one of the Florida Lottery district offices or the main office in Tallhassee. Nokomis is midway between the offices in Fort Myers (5100 S. Cleveland Ave., 239-278-7111, FTMRC@flalottery.com) and Tampa (Centerpoint Business Park, 1911 U.S. 301 N., 813-744-6134, TAMRC@flalottery.com). Each office is open 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m., Monday through Friday. Appointments can be made, but aren’t required.
