A South Florida store sold Wednesday’s only big money lottery draw winner
A convenience store shopper made all the correct number choices among Wednesday’s Florida Lottery major money draw games.
That wasn’t in the Powerball game or the Florida Lotto game, for which the top prize will be up to $16 million for Saturday’s drawing.
But the day’s first draw, the Fantasy 5 midday pull, came up 1, 5, 20, 26, 36, numbers chosen by a player at the Hallandale Beach Stop & Save, 480 SW Eighth Ave. That person took all of the $60,693 jackpot.
This ticket must be cashed at one of the nine Florida Lottery district offices. The nearest office to Hallandale Beach is in Miami Lakes, 14621 Oak Ln. It’s open 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday, and reachable at MIARC@flalottery.com or 305-364-3080. Appointments can be made, but aren’t required.
