A Publix sold Sunday’s lottery winner. Monday’s Powerball jackpot: $1.1 billion
A light Sunday on Florida Lottery major money draw games — Cash4Life and Fantasy 5 — preceded Monday’s drawings that will include a Powerball jackpot worth an estimated $1.1 billion.
But despite only three drawings, Sunday did have one jackpot winner.
The Fantasy 5 evening drawing came up 5, 14, 15, 16 and 19, matching a Quick Pick ticket bought at a North Port Publix, 1251 S Toledo Blade Blvd. That ticket is now worth $97,565.

This ticket needs to be cashed at the Florida Lottery main office in Tallahassee or one of the nine district offices, such as the one in Tampa at Centerpoint Business Park, 1911 U.S. 301 N. Like most of the offices, it’s open 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday. Appointments can be made, but aren’t required, at TAMRC@flalottery.com or 813-744-6134.
