Tickets sold at Publix stores, one in South Florida, shared a lottery jackpot

Two players at Publix stores hit one Florida Lottery jackpot, the only big prize success among Tuesday’s Jackpot Triple Play, Mega Millions, Cash4Life and Fantasy 5 drawings.

Friday’s Mega Millions drawing will have a $520 million jackpot and Jackpot Triple Play will be up to $1 million. The Fantasy 5 evening drawing rolled over to Wednesday evening.

But, the Fantasy 5 midday drawing came up 8, 13, 18, 25 and 32, numbers chosen by a player at a Publix on U.S. 441 in Okeechoobee and on a free Quick Pick ticket from the Publix at 11200 S. Military Trail in unincorporated Palm Beach County. Each ticket won $26,146.

These tickets must be cashed at a Florida Lottery office. The nearest district office to that Palm Beach County Publix is in Palm Springs at 4360 Forest Hill Blvd., a 10-mile almost straight shot up Military Trail. Offices are open 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m., Monday through Friday. Appointments can be made, but aren’t required.
