Tickets from 2 Miami-Dade Publix stores and a Sedano’s shared a lottery jackpot

On a day of Mega Millions, Cash4Life, Jackpot Triple Play and Fantasy 5 drawings, all the South Florida luck was packed into one drawing and into Miami-Dade supermarkets.

That drawing wasn’t the Mega Millions, which will have a $198 million jackpot for Friday’s drawing.

Monday’s first drawing, the Fantasy 5 midday draw, came up 2, 3, 18, 21 and 33. That matched a Quick Pick ticket bought at a West Miami-Dade Sedano’s, 12175 SW 26th St., and tickets bought at Publix stores on Southwest 152nd Street — Country Walk at 13735 SW 152nd St., and Corsica Square, 15771 SW 152nd St. The three-way split made each ticket worth $17,141.

These tickets have to be cashed at a Florida Lottery main office or a district office, which are open 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday. The Miami district office is at 14621 Oak Ln. in Miami Lakes and can be reached at MIARC@flalottery.com or 305-364-3080. Appointments can be made, but aren’t necessary.
