South Florida Publix sells second lottery jackpot ticket in two months

A Florida Lottery jackpot-winning ticket sold at a Publix store? Common. A Florida Lottery jackpot-winning ticket sold at the same Publix store that sold one just two months ago? Uncommon — but it happened Sunday.

Sunday’s midday Fantasy 5 draw numbers of 1, 2, 10, 11 and 26 were picked by a Publix shopper at 4770 Congress Ave. in Boynton Beach, a quintet of number choices worth $53,204.

On May 11, the night before Mother’s Day, someone playing at that Publix won $129,465 in the Fantasy 5 evening drawing.
