Lottery winners from Miami and a Broward Publix didn’t have to pay for tickets

What’s better than buying winning lottery jackpot tickets? Winning the jackpots with tickets that you didn’t have to pay for, which is what happened with Monday’s only Florida Lottery draw game big winners.

The Powerball top prize will be up to $174 million for Wednesday’s drawing. The Fantasy 5 midday draw rolled over to Tuesday’s midday draw.

But, Monday’s Fantasy 5 evening draw numbers of 1, 5, 6, 20 and 23 were on tickets obtained at Miami’s Elizabeth Market, 1386 NW 29th St., and the Publix at Hillsboro Square, 150 S. Federal Hwy., in Deerfield Beach. Each was a free Quick Pick ticket, the reward for getting two of five numbers in a previous drawing, and is worth $53,383.
