Miami-Dade and Broward Publix stores sold Wednesday’s Florida Lottery winners

Three tickets hit jackpots Wednesday among Cash4Life, Florida Lotto, Fantasy 5 and Powerball games, two of which came from Publix stores in the Miami-Fort Lauderdale area.

A New Jersey player won $1,000 a day for life in the Cash4Life drawing. Saturday’s Powerball big haul will be $123 million and the Florida Lotto jackpot will be $2.25 million after nobody won either.

Quick Pick tickets took both Fantasy 5 drawings. The midday numbers of 1, 13, 20, 30 and 36 were on a ticket bought at the Publix at 18485 S. Dixie Hwy. in Cutler Bay, a $54,647 winner. The evening draw numbers of 9, 14, 24, 33 and 36 won $116,433 for a player at a Plantation Publix, 1181 S. University Dr.

These tickets must be cashed at the Florida Lottery main office in Tallahassee or one of the district offices. The closest district office to these Publix locations is in Miami Lakes, 14621 Oak Ln., open 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. Appointments can be made, but aren’t required, by emailing MIARC@flalottery.com or calling 305-364-3080.
