3 who played at Publix stores among 8 winners who shared 2 Florida Lottery jackpots

Two of Wednesday’s big money Florida Lottery draws produced jackpot winners, one of which was an unusual six-way split of the winnings.

Saturday’s Powerball drawing will have a $444 million jackpot and the Florida Lotto pot will be $1.5 million after no one hit all the numbers. Nobody is set for the future from Wednesday’s Cash4Life drawings.

The Fantasy 5 midday draw numbers — 1, 3, 4, 6 and 7 — were on six tickets, only one of which was a Quick Pick ticket. The tickets were bought at Coral Springs Publix at 6270 Sample Rd., the Homestead Orion gas station at 10 SW 14th Ave.; a Hernando Publix at 2685 N. Forest Ridge Blvd., a Manalapan Publix at 262 S. Ocean Blvd., a Murphy USA station in Melbourne at 8520 N. Wickham Rd., and an AJ Store at 2262 U.S. 1 in Mims.

Splitting six ways what’s daily the smallest jackpot means each ticket won $9,168.

Fantasy 5’s evening draw of 2, 4, 14, 22 and 24 had only two winners, the Mobil station at 11400 State Rd. 84 in Davie and the MLK Food Corner Mart at 1107 S. 33rd St. in Fort Pierce. Each ticket won $60,433.41

These tickets must be cashed at the Florida Lottery main office in Tallahassee or one of the district offices, open 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday.
