A jackpot-winning Florida Lottery ticket worth $110,000 was sold in Fort Lauderdale

Of the Florida Lottery’s three big money lottery draw games played Monday — Fantasy 5, Powerball, Cash4Life — only one produced jackpot winners.

After the Fantasy 5 midday draw was matched by a Quick Pick ticket from an Ocala-area Walmart in Summerfield, the evening draw of 9, 20, 21, 24 and 35 was matched by a ticket bought at Fort Lauderdale’s Star America Food & Deli, 2656 E. Oakland Park Blvd. That’s a $110,625 lottery hit.

This ticket needs to be redeemed at a Florida Lottery district office or the main office in Tallahassee. The closest of the district offices, which are open 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday, is the office at 14621 Oak Ln. in Miami Lakes. Appointments, which aren’t required, can be made at 305-364-3080 or MIARC@flalottery.com.
